O Papel: Product Deployment Lead (Líder de Implementação)

Como Product Deployment Lead, você será a força motriz que transforma a Allie em uma realidade operacional dentro das fábricas. Você liderará implementações de IA ponta a ponta e capitaneará um squad técnico em campo.

Você trabalhará com clientes de primeira linha no Brasil e na LATAM, coordenando hardware, dados, software, processos e stakeholders — tudo para que uma linha de manufatura tradicional opere com IA em questão de semanas.

O Que Você Irá Fazer: A Ação no Chão de Fábrica

Liderança e Execução em Planta

  • Dirigir o squad técnico (Automação Industrial + Integração de Dados) durante as implementações.
  • Executar desdobramentos em linhas de produção reais, garantindo ritmo, qualidade e, acima de tudo, segurança.
  • Coordenar e facilitar trabalhos durante paradas programadas, janelas de manutenção e horários críticos.

Planejamento Técnico e Operacional

  • Projetar o plano de implementação por linha, priorizando readiness tecnológico e impacto no P&L.
  • Criar cronogramas, matrizes de stakeholders e rotas críticas por estação e equipamento.
  • Coordenar sessões técnicas de alinhamento com times de Produção, IT/OT, Manutenção, Engenharia e Qualidade.

Instalação e Instrumentação

  • Gerenciar a instalação de PLCs, gateways, gabinetes, sensores e pontos elétricos/de rede.
  • Validar protocolos de comunicação, portas, sinais e a conectividade industrial.
  • Supervisionar fornecedores externos e parceiros de automação.

Integração de Dados e Software

  • Identificar variáveis, alarmes, contadores e fontes de dados cruciais para a operação.
  • Validar o ingestion de dados de PLC → Gateway → Cloud e a visualização correta na plataforma Allie.
  • Garantir a configuração e o startup do Real-Time Factory, FactoryGPT e AllieML.

Soft Launch e Go-Live

  • Realizar provas, validações, checagem de faixas operacionais e verificações de dados.
  • Treinar operadores, supervisores e gerência no uso da Allie e seus módulos.
  • Assegurar um arranque estável, com alta adoção e zero fricção operacional.

Comunicação com o Cliente

  • Ser o ponto central de comunicação em todo o projeto.
  • Gerenciar prazos, riscos, expectativas, avanços e emitir relatórios executivos.
  • Garantir uma transição estruturada para o time de Sucesso do Cliente (Customer Success).

  • Capacidade comprovada para coordenar equipes, fornecedores, clientes e cronogramas complexos.
  • Inglês profissional (trabalho com equipes globais).

The Role

As a Sales Intern, you’ll be embedded inside our technical sales and pilot deployment engine, supporting real deals and real AI pilots with Tier-1 accounts across the US and LATAM.

What You’ll Do

Sales Development & Intelligence

  • Support opportunity research for Fortune 500 and Tier-1 manufacturing prospects.

Pilot Development Support

Overview

We’re looking for a highly analytical and operationally excellent leader to serve as Allie Systems’ Head of Strategy & Finance — a senior role at the intersection of strategic planning, financial management, and executive operations.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to design, run, and continuously improve the company’s operating system — ensuring financial discipline, clarity of execution, and alignment across teams.

Day-to-day invoicing and collections will be covered by a dedicated full-time role; and you’ll have a financial analyst supporting you with modeling, reporting, and reconciliations. Part of the initial handover includes a fully built financial operating system — complete with automated reporting, integrated across EFEX, Deel, Brex, and other financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & FP&A

  • Own company-wide financial planning, including annual budgets, forecasts, and scenario models across Mexico, Chile, Brazil, and the US.
  • Maintain and evolve the Master Financial Model used for investor relations, board reviews, and executive decision-making.
  • Oversee collections, cash flow, and treasury planning.
  • Develop recommendations to CEO to guide and act on budget allocation.
  • Works on special projects that don’t fit neatly anywhere else — market analysis, new business cases, or partnership diligence.

Strategy & Operations

  • Partner with the CEO to shape and track the company’s strategic narrative, key milestones, and transformation roadmap.
  • Serve as the CEO’s Chief of Staff for company operations: aligning OKRs, incentives, and execution rhythms.
  • Manage Allie’s Operating System (OS) — ensuring our metrics, reviews, and priorities are clear and actionable.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and documentation for leadership meetings.
  • Oversee the SPA Department (Strategy, Planning, and Administration) — spanning Finance, Legal, and Business Operations.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, connecting company vision to tactical execution.

  • Own the data layer that powers the company’s real-time dashboards (finance + ops + commercial).
  • Partner with Engineering or Data to define the “metrics that matter” — ensuring the financial OS and operational OS talk to each other.
  • Build automated insight loops: variance alerts, performance digests, and scenario monitoring.

Legal, HR & Compliance Oversight

  • Coordinate legal workflows (NDAs, contracts)
  • Supervise payments, HR operations (Deel), supplier management (EFEX), and partner onboarding.
  • Maintain key corporate documentation across regions.
  • Support ISO, policy management, and ESOP framework.

Investor Relations & Strategic Projects

  • Lead financial reporting and investor communications.
  • Support fundraising strategy and capital allocation decisions
  • Create and manage cross-border financial architecture.
  • Structure new market and partnership financial model
  • Develop (EOY) financial processes and audits.
  • Align the storytelling between financial performance, company mission, and product impact for quarterly business reporting and board meetings.
