How Allie Works Here

From signal to action in real time.

Process ControlQuality ControlPredictive Maintenance

The Process Control agent monitors Anton Paar CO2 volume readings at 2-second intervals and applies a temperature-compensation model to predict actual dissolved CO2 at the filler bowl temperature. When the prediction indicates CO2 will be outside spec at the filler, the agent adjusts injection pressure setpoint via Comac OPC-UA interface 45–90 seconds upstream, correcting before the product reaches the fill zone. The Quality Control agent maintains a shift-level specification adherence score and correlates DO exceedances to specific upstream events such as tank breathing, pump cavitation signatures, or incomplete CIP rinse. The Predictive Maintenance agent monitors CO2 mass-flow meter drift and injection valve seat wear, prompting calibration or replacement through the Maintenance agent's work-order queue before drift translates into out-of-spec product.
